Private Agent provides custom AI agent development services for businesses in Ontario and the Greater Toronto Area. Our services include but are not limited to: AI phone agents, customer support agents, healthcare AI agents, government AI agents, real estate AI agents, legal AI agents, retail AI agents, and custom AI development.

All services are custom-built and priced based on individual project scope. Pricing is provided through personalized quotes following a discovery consultation.

3. Intellectual Property

Custom AI agents built for clients are owned by the client upon full payment, including trained models and custom code, unless otherwise specified in the project agreement. The Private Agent website content, branding, and proprietary methodologies remain our intellectual property.

4. AI Chat Assistant

Our website features an AI chat assistant for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, the AI assistant's responses are for general guidance only and should not be considered as professional advice or binding commitments. Final service details, pricing, and terms are established through direct consultation with our team.

5. User Obligations

When using our website and services, you agree to:
